CS2 Case Sites FAQ

About this site

What is OPQuests CS2?

A comparison of CS2 case opening sites. For each site we list its free cases and deposit bonus, a trust score, the features it supports and a short description, so you can compare them side by side before you sign up anywhere. It is run by the team behind OPQuests, where you can earn Steam games by completing quests.

Is this a case opening site?

No. You cannot open cases, deposit or withdraw here. Every Claim Bonus button takes you to the site itself, and anything you deposit, open or win happens on that site, under its own terms.

Do I need an account?

No. Browsing, comparing and following a Claim Bonus link need no account. You only sign in with Steam to claim a promo code.

Who runs this site?

OPQuests is operated by Advertisegames in Munich, Germany. Full company details are in our legal disclosure.

Rankings and trust scores

How is the list ordered?

The default Top Rated order is set by our team, and some listings are paid placements, which can influence where a site appears in the list. Payment never changes a site's trust score. You can also sort by Newest, Oldest or Highest Bonus, which puts the sites with the most free cases first.

What is the trust score?

Our rating of each site out of 100, based on payout reliability, transparency and community feedback. 90 and above is Excellent, 80 to 89 is Very Good, and below that is Good. It reflects a site's track record, but no rating can guarantee how a site will treat you in future.

What do the filters mean?

• Has Promo Code: we have a promo code for that site that you can claim here.
• Steam Login: you can sign in to the site with your Steam account.
• Skin Deposits: you can top up with CS2 skins.
• Skin Withdrawals: winnings can be withdrawn as skins.
• Crypto Withdrawals: winnings can be withdrawn as cryptocurrency.

A filter only shows the sites we have marked as offering that feature, so a site missing from a filter may still offer it. Each site's own page lists everything we know it supports.

What do the Lootbox and CS2 Casino tags mean?

Lootbox sites focus on case opening, case battles and upgrading skins. CS2 Casino sites also offer casino-style games such as roulette, crash, mines or dice.

Bonuses and promo codes

How do I claim a bonus?

Click Claim Bonus next to a site. It opens the site through our referral link. Bonuses and their conditions are set by each site, so read its terms before you deposit.

How do promo codes work?

Some sites give us a limited number of promo codes. Click Claim Promo Code, sign in with Steam, and the code is shown to you and saved in your notifications, so you can find it again later. Each account can claim one code per site. Once they have all been claimed, the button changes to All Claimed.

Are the free cases really free?

They are free to open, but most come with conditions: winnings may need to be wagered before you can withdraw them, withdrawals often have a minimum, and some sites only release free-case winnings after your first deposit. Our guide to free CS2 cases without a deposit explains what to check.

Safety

Are these sites safe?

Case opening involves real money, and no ranking can remove that risk. Our trust scores reflect how sites have behaved so far. To protect yourself, start with free cases and small deposits, make a small withdrawal early, and check a few of your rolls. Our guides cover whether case sites are rigged, how provably fair works and how to withdraw skins safely.

What does provably fair mean?

The site commits to the outcome of your rolls before you open anything, in a way you can check afterwards, so it cannot change a result once you have clicked. It does not mean the odds are in your favour. See Provably Fair Explained.

I have a problem with a site. Can you help?

Contact that site's support first: we cannot see or change anything in your account there. If a site refuses to pay out or treats you unfairly, please also tell us at support@test.opquests.com. Reports like this help us keep trust scores accurate.

How do you make money?

Through affiliate links and paid placements. When you sign up or deposit through our links, we may earn a commission from the site, and some sites pay for their placement in the list. This never affects a site's trust score, and it costs you nothing extra.

Playing responsibly

Who can use these sites?

Adults only: you must be 18 or over, and older in some countries. Case opening and skin gambling are restricted or banned in some countries, so check your local laws before you play.

Where can I get help with gambling?

Set a budget before you play, treat what you spend as the cost of the entertainment, and never chase losses. If it stops being fun, stop. GambleAware and GamCare in the UK, and check-dein-spiel.de in Germany, offer free, confidential help.
